Change of Transfer Agent, Registrar and Disbursing Agent
Abner Innovation Laboratories Limited (‘Abner Labs’ or the ‘Company’) announces a change to its transfer agent, registrar and disbursing agent.
The Company’s new transfer agent, registrar and disbursing agent is DLA Piper (Canada) LLP acting in conjunction with Davis Corporate Solutions Incorporated.
The new location of the shareholder register and all other corporate documents will be Company’s registered offices as follows:

The Company wishes to thank Odyssey Trust Company, the previous transfer agent, registrar and disbursing agent, for its service over the past years and appreciates the dedication shown by its team to the Company’s affairs.
As a result of this change, the Company no longer supports the direct registration system (‘DRS’). Any shareholder may obtain a physical copy of share certificates and warrant certificates by contacting the Company who will verify the shareholder, complete necessary documentation and arrange to courier the same to them. In accordance with the Company’s constating documents, there will be a cost to this service. Furthermore, there will be a cost to verify and replace any physical certificates so issued in the event that they are lost or stolen. There will also be a cost in the event shareholders wish to transfer any physical certificates so issued that need to be returned and re-issued. Shareholders are encouraged to rely upon the corporate registry maintained by the transfer agent, registrar and disbursing agent on behalf of the Company as the principal means to verify ownership of shares or warrants.
